Dear Future Model, please note the points below to avoid any misunderstandings or misinterpretations about being a model.

Once accepted as a model at A MODELS you will be asked to sign a Model Contract and pay an annual membership fee of N$ 150.00.

We at A MODELS are fully aware that a Model Agency is a new concept in Namibia and needs time to be understood by the models, therefore we took the time to explain to you in short what it is all about.

1. A MODELS is your Agent to showcase you as a Model for model work for clients.
2. After you are accepted as a Model at A MODELS it does not mean that you are permanently employed, Model work is done on a Free Lance basis as a client requires you as a Model.
3. A MODELS does not decide who the client must use for model work; this is entirely the decision of the client. A Model might be listed at the agency for a period without any model offers. The Agency can not be held responsible for model work not offered.
4. A MODELS will consult with the Model about offered model work, before excepting the work on behalf of the Model. All models must have a serviceable cell phone/telephone and internet connection to ease communication at all times. If a model can not be reached via phone, the Model Booker will contact the next Model in line. All Model Briefings will be sent via email, no Briefing will be conveyed via phone. Acceptance of model work must be done via email by the Model.
5. Models may not do any form of model work without the knowledge of A MODELS, if this does happen; A MODELS have the legal right to charge the Model the Agency Commission Fee according to the Standard Rate for that specific model job.
6. Models will be paid by A MODELS as soon as the client has settled the bill from A MODELS. This payment will be done via internet banking. Therefore the model must have a serviceable bank account that belongs to the Model.
7. The contract between A MODELS and the Model may be terminated in writing by either party giving one month’s notice. Any monies owed by either party must be settled before termination of the contract can happen.
8. An interview will be scheduled with the successful Model Applicant to sign the Model Contract, to explain day to procedure and appearance and to interview the model.
